Cipher has been recognized as a leader in attracting and retaining top talent by being presented with the 2018 Corporate Culture Award by CEO Report. This award recognizes local leaders for building innovative, performance-driven cultures.

“Our 2018 Corporate Culture Award winners understand that work-life balance is key to creating a positive, productive organization where innovative ideas are realized,” said James McDonald, President of CEO Report. “This year’s winners have gone above and beyond to ensure they attract and retain the area’s top talent and we’re proud to recognize these leaders for building truly performance-driven cultures.”

“Collaboration, innovation, people, humor, ethics, and results (which together form the acronym CIPHER) represent the core values of our organization,” said Peter Grimm, CEO of Cipher. “Employees are supported and encouraged to continually develop their skills and innovate through internal challenges and hackathons designed to draw out new, creative solutions.”

We appreciate being recognized for the commitment we have made to building this culture.”
