Cipher has been named the 2018 Top Workplace for Work/Life Flexibility by The Baltimore Sun Media Group. This is Cipher’s first year participating in the Top Workplaces survey and in addition to winning the Work/Life Flexibility award, Cipher ranked 16th out of 85 small companies recognized as Top Workplaces in the Baltimore region.
The list of Top Workplaces is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
