or "War Gaming", sessions
are designed to help
companies perform strategic
research and turn the information
into action. Depending on
your focus, they result in a
number of different types of
strategies, such as Product
Launch, New Entrant
Analysis, Technology
Acquisition, etc. We provide
the methodology and
background information
required for facilitating
each war-gaming session –
you supply internal staff
(e.g., marketing, research
or analysts) to create four
teams. One team represents
your organization while the
other three teams represent
different competitors. Our
facilitator helps you
exploit the knowledge within
your own company and
consider all potential
scenarios and their
outcomes. The result – a
well-thought-out workable
strategy ready to be put
into action.
